The process starts with complete disassembly of the engine core. Each part is cleaned, inspected, tested, qualified and restored to the latest performance standards. Engines are assembled with dedicated gauging utilizing a documented and controlled ISO 9001 certified process. Every engine assembly is functionally tested to verify performance and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
